Originally from Birmingham, I have called Pensacola home since 2005. After completing my Master of Architecture degree at the University of Florida, I returned to the panhandle to plant my roots. After 15 years in the commercial architecture industry, I decided to step back from my career trajectory for an improved work-life balance. I transitioned into the residential design market in 2021 and launched Coggin A+D a year later. I love collaborating with homeowners and transforming their ideas into a feasible construction project. My passion is drawing and detailing single-family residential homes.
